Set Up Payment*

• When you finish Step 1, you'll be directed to set up payment with Grapevine - our secure online payment platform.* 

• Click here for payment instructions .

• You'll set up quarterly payments of $100.

STEP 3:  

Nominate an Organization

• Complete the Organization Nomination Form. 

• Visit the Nominate an Organization tab for all the details.

• (Optional, but highly encouraged!)
